2 tris down 1 to go!....Trimesters that is!

Welp I can't believe it is finally here...the 3rd TRIMESTER...bu, buh, bum :) I remember feeling as though it was SO far away and that we had so much time before our bundle of joy will be here. I am ecstatic to finally be here, but have MANY MANY things to get done before he arrives. I think all mom's to be feel this way at some point in the pre-baby months but I am a "planner" and not having a plan makes my cortisol levels skyrocket! Or as a good friend and co-worker of mine joke...I'm shooting up cortisol for this baby everyday...I know I'm working hard on keeping my stress levels at a minimum, but this of all years has been a doozy. Interesting that we were blessed to have this in our lives this year. 2011-2012 is a year we won't forget anytime soon!

Some things that I want to remember in the future...
* Jared is finally sleeping harder than I am  that is when I don't wake him up nightly with my snoring...yes thank you pregnancy for the snoring and I'm talking about snoring so loudly that I wake myself up with the noise and look around to figure out what it is!
*  We have made it this long sleeping on a double/full size bed with the dog-child...yes it is crazy and we are currently waiting on our new mattress to be delivered this week.
* We have 6 doctors appointments left before my due date...WOW!

29 Week Facts: 

Size: 2 1/2 pounds (butternut squash) Length:a bit longer than 15 inches, from head to heel

Jaredism:in response to my constant feeling of "being HUGE" Jared responds by saying "it seems as though you are getting larger" he is so amazing always helping me find the humor and laughter in situations.

29 weeks!

Fun Facts: 11 yes...11 weeks to go....holy cow

30 Week Facts;
Size: similar to a Head of cabbage and weighs almost 3lbs! 15.7 inches and supposed to be adding a pound a week.
Jaredism: after experiencing swollen ankles for the first time in my life and me saying "my ankles are huge like an elephant" Jared responds by saying "They aren't THAT big" :)
Fun Facts: 
* This week, the brain begins to take on its distinctly wrinkled appearance!! Neat!
* The nursery is coming together again pictures will be posted soon! We are anxiously awaiting our pictures so I can get them printed and hung!

31 Week Facts:
Size: Weight of 4 navel oranges (3.5lbs) and 16 inches long! He is getting so big and digging into my ribs about 3 or 4 times a day :) Think he might be running out of room!
Jaredism: We played baby jeopardy and Jared said he learned that babies use 7500 diapers a year!!
Fun Facts: 9 more weeks....YES in the single digits now!
* We had a wonderful shower with our families and close friends in Emporia it was wonderful to see each of them and enjoy our time celebrating this little guy! We are so thankful for all of the love and support from dear family and friends!
*I bought breathe right strips...hopefully they help with the nightly snoring :)
